研究领域
内质网/高尔基体自噬与疾病发生:选择性自噬通过受体分子将特定的蛋白或细胞器靶向到自噬小体进行降解,以维持细胞稳态。它与多种疾病(如神经退行性疾病、癌症)的发生关系密切。内质网和高尔基体作为细胞内的重要细胞器,其选择性自噬降解机制受到了高度关注,但目前对其调控机制及生理病理功能还很不清楚。研究策略:利用酿酒酵母全基因组敲除文库和细胞CRISPR敲除文库进行大规模遗传筛选,鉴定了新的内质网自噬及高尔基体自噬因子;跨模型(酿酒酵母、哺乳动物细胞、果蝇和小鼠)开展机制研究;并解析其在多种疾病(如阿尔茨海默症和癌症)发生中的作用。
