研究方向

胚胎发育和癌症有着密不可分的联系。癌症的表型和表观遗传特征往往重现了胚胎期的器官发育过程,癌症的发生发展亦会劫持胚胎发育期的调控机制。我们课题组的工作涵盖“湿实验”、“干实验”两方面,应用前沿单细胞空间多组学和人工智能方法,以基因调控复杂网络为着手点,全面系统地去研究发育与疾病中的细胞状态转变及其调控机制。我们课题组旨在全基因组层面和单细胞分辨率解析发育过程中的细胞命运决定与组织器官形成机制,并揭示这些发育程序在癌症等疾病中的异常重启与重塑。课题组主页:https://zhiyuan-hu-lab.github.io
